In 2024, Google approached Asurion with the opportunity to take over their flagship device protection program and scale it across their global markets.

We saw an opportunity to strengthen our partnership, accelerate international subscriber growth, and showcase our high calibur of service and experience design.

Our team collaborated with Asurion teams across the globe to meet the needs of Google's program—their diverse catalog of Pixel devices, integrations with international 3rd party repair providers, and localized pricing, language and regulatory compliance. We also enhanced our platform to improve configurability and scalability for future programs.
