Customer-obsessed. Team builder. Storyteller.

Product design leader

Hi! I’m Michelle Haft: a Nashville-based product design leader with 17 years leading core experiences for consumer and enterprise products and services at leading tech companies and startups.

I’m a creative with a passion for storytelling and delivering amazing online and offline service experiences that drive brand loyalty. I enjoy engaging customers in unexpected ways, blending both digital and physical mediums to delight across the end-to-end journey. I have been leading multidisciplinary design teams for over 10 years.

I am currently a Sr. Director of Product Design at Asurion, a global leader in consumer tech care and protection, where I help oversee the design and user experience of our core customer experience from acquisition, to member activation, engagement, account management and service fulfillment across digital, in-store, and field channels. Previously, I was the Director of Product Design at Quore, a Nashville-based enterprise software company servicing the global hospitality industry.

Before moving to Nashville, I was Creative Director for social engagement platform, Livefyre, in San Francisco, CA, where I led brand, professional services and product marketing before their acquisition by Adobe in 2016. Prior to Livefyre, I worked for transformation company SYPartners, where I helped design the cover of Starbucks CEO, Howard Schultz’s,  #1 New York Times bestselling book “Onward," and for Jawbone’s product team, where I helped launch the first wireless version of the UP activity-tracking wristband.

I hold a BA in Linguistics, Cum Laude from University of California, San Diego, and a Master’s Certificate in Media Architecture from Portfolio Center in Atlanta, GA.
