Building a service marketplace on Asurion’s flagship websites.
Transforming Asurion’s main websites—asurion.com and ubreakifix.com—into engines for acquisition.
From 2022-2024, my product team partnered with our marketing teams to transform Asurion’s main websites Asurion.com and ubreakifix.com into a marketplace of services to drive traffic into our stores and increase subscriber engagement.
We created a product-forward, interactive destination that built ongoing relationships with our customers, not just one-time transactions. We launched a homepage redesign focused on communicating our brand story, breadth of services, and driving discovery and engagement, created a unified navigation across all of our site pages, and launched thousands of new SEO-optimized job pages to expose our marketplace of services.
