Smarter Team, Happier Guest
Quore is the world’s leading enterprise software for hotels to manage day-to-day operations with ease, from anywhere.
Working quietly behind the scenes since 2012, Quore's platform has helped thousands of hotels streamline operations and employee collaboration to improve the guest service experience. Although we were beginning to make a name for ourselves in the industry, growth was largely driven by word-of-mouth. We set out to redesign our brand and launch a new website in tandem with a large brand awareness campaign to boost our visibility.
We told the story of smarter teams and happier guests, and how technology enables great people to give amazing service. Our new brand blended the time-honored traditions of hospitality with the promise of modern technology. Everyday employees of hotels—and real Quore users—became the new face of hospitality in our brand photography, shot by photographer Jason Travis.
We unveiled our brand and platform positioning across our website, simplifying our product solution into five clear areas of value across a hotel's operations. From trade shows to social media, to landing pages and nurture campaigns, we extended our brand across multiple channels, and created internal brand guidelines to guide the design team.
In the month following the launch of our new website and brand awareness campaign, we experienced a 50% increase in web traffic, a 45% increase in new prospects and a 20% increase in LinkedIn followers.
